Nothing about email folders or to do lists or project lists or 80/20 or voice recognition or anything else. (Which is not to say that those things aren’t important, but just that they come way second.)
I like the way that Brian Tracey puts it – everyone has a big ugly frog that they need to eat.
The first thing that you should do is to eat that frog.
Don’t read your email or return unimportant calls or anything else.
Just eat the frog.
PS Of course, this tip doesn’t just apply to small business owners and managers, It applies to everyone.
